Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms: By using Patriot Signs, Inc. services, you agree to adhere to the payment terms outlined in the initial estimate. Any delay in payment will incur a monthly late fee of 10% on the outstanding balance. Patriot Signs, Inc. retains the right to pursue a property lien if payment is not received within 45 days of the invoice date.

Scope of Work: The services provided will strictly adhere to the scope of work detailed in the estimate or contract. Any additional work requested by the client will be subject to additional charges and must be agreed upon in writing.

Insurance and Liability: Patriot Signs, Inc. will maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the duration of the project. The client agrees not to hold Patriot Sign and Crane liable for any damages or losses incurred during the course of the services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Force Majeure: Patriot Signs, Inc. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or labor disputes.

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to remedy such breach within a specified period.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Texas State laws.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the services.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
